Bug description:
  Binary package hint: gimp

  Intrepid RC.

  New images will always be below the gimp dialogs.

  * Install 8.10 RC (default res of 1024x768)
  * Open GIMP.
  * Create or open an image of say 640x480.

  What happens:

  New or opened image window will always appear behind gimp dialogs on
  either side of screen.

  What should happen:

  New or opened images window should appear in front of menu dialogs.

  Note: Using nv driver, so compiz on not enabled.
