This is a server bug. The websites certificate is signed by a Geotrust
intermediate, and that certificate must be provided by the server too.
Adding the missing intermediate manually also works, but in any case,
this isn't a Firefox bug.

Bug description:
  https://www.zipvitsport.co.uk/ uses a Geotrust SSL certificate.
  Firefox 6.0.2 on Ubuntu 11.04 shows this as untrusted and no
  certificate chain is shown. The same version of Firefox running under
  Windows 7 has no problem with the certificate and the full certificate
  chain is shown. This is a problem because users will not trust the
  Checkout page for a vendor which has a valid certificate, or (worse)
  will assume that invalid certificates are OK to accept.
