Title:
[Oneiric] gnome-control-center filter/search bar does not work

Status in “gnome-control-center” package in Ubuntu:
  In Progress

Bug description:
When typing the first character on the filter/search bar on "System settings", all the modules disappear instead of filtered out.
The selected language is English as well as the typed characters.

However, the search bar still seems to have functionality, as typing
e.g. "power" and hitting enter, opens the power settings.
