[Bug 854275] [NEW] files on desktop won't stay aligned when rebooting

I don't know what logs I should be posting if any but basicly sometimes
when I I turn on my pc, my desktop looks like this

For some reason my files won't stay aligned as they were when I shut off
the computer. I end up right clicking and clicking "Organize Desktop by
Name" to fix it but after I restart the icons are all squished to the
left. It doesn't happen ever time I reboot but it has been happening
more and more.
