Choosing icon does not present error box upon failure to load.

Bug description:
Found in: Dapper Drake LiveCD - Flight 5

Upon choosing an invalid icon file for your user in gnome-about-me, no
feedback is given that there was a failure. It merely returns to the
main gnome-about-me panel, with the original icon intact.

There should be feedback when there is a failure to load icons, and
the icon chooser should give indication as to the types of files that
it can load. For instance, an SVG cannot be used for the badge.
