Bug description:
  I noticed that in Breezy there's a new About Me control applet, but there are
  some issues:
  - it doesn't let you change your name and it should since it lets you fill in a
  lot of other information
  - when allowed to fill the name, this should also include changing GECOS information
  - the user is allowed to select a photo: this photo should replace the Login
  Photo control applet because having them both doesn't make sense and is very
  confusing

  I understand that this probably won't be taken into consideration for Breezy but
  it would be good to have some of these issues solved for Breezy+1
