[Bug 857917] Re: Regression: can't change system font, critical accessibility issue
No, this is not a critical accessibility issue.
Minimal support for changing the fonts size is present in System
Settings>Universal Access and set the Text Size. If you need more,
you're welcome to install gnome-tweak-tool.

Bug description:
In Oneric it is no more possible to change the system fonts "in live".
The settings for it have disappeared. Some talked about gnome-tweak-
tool but it needs to logout to apply changes which make it a hassle to
fine tune font settings.
