Bug description:
Using ONDA MT825UP Sometime usually in the morning it connects fine. If I leave it attached to laptop can reconnect later.
If I remove and reinsert, after routing of eject wait for switch and the notification of wired connection Disconected.... I try to connect. Seems to go thru routine and then fails to connect.
I killed process and started in terminal... this is what I got in terminal

SUCCESS AND AM WRITING THIS BUG REPORT FROM IT....
Might be the manager itself rather than the applet.
Never had problem with the samsung, but the dongle is 14mb\s rather than 7.... when it works its FAST
