Cannot install MP3 playback support through Ubuntu One Music Store

Bug description:
When going to Banshee's Ubuntu One Music Store, the button offering
MP3 playback support installation at the top is present, and clicking
it will ask for your password, etc., and everything looks fine at
first. However, the support does not actually get installed, with no
error message given. The button does not reappear until Banshee is
restarted.
