  Evolution 2.32.2 does not recognize internet connection

Status in “evolution” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Evolution 2.32.2 installed with Ubuntu 11.04 upgrade. Network Manager
  applet does not work. Installed Vodafone Mobile Connect 2.25.01. Only
  Evolution does'nt see the internet connection (Firefox, Ubuntu
  Software Center and Update manager do!). Message: "Evolution is
  currently offline because the network is unavailable".
