Title:
  clock in top bar shows the word "Time" instead of the actual time

Status in “indicator-datetime” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

  Tried changing time and date settings, but does not fix it.  Also,
  changing the 'locale' does not stay, always changes back to
  'localtime'
