Right now it looks like there is only one instance running. I'll wait
until my battery has drained again and see whether this is reproducable.

Bug description:
  This "funny" bug occurred to me today: Having set my system language
  to English, but my regional settings to Germany, notify osd displayed
  the huge message when my laptop's battery was almost dead. See the
  screenshot.
