  Ubuntu Software Center 4.1.23.4, Ubuntu 11.10 beta 2

  1. Navigate to the software item screen for something you have installed.
  2. Scroll down to the "Reviews" section.

  What you see: a "Write your own review" button.
  What you should see: a "Write your own review" link.
