  New VPN Connection not listed until reboot

Status in “network-manager-applet” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  I've seen this on multiple machines.  I add a new PPTP connection and
  then go to connect and it isn't listed.  If I reboot the listing is
  then present so I can now connect.
