  software-center crashed with TypeError: Couldn't find conversion for
  foreign struct 'cairo.Context'

Bug description:
  I have recently upgraded to Oneiric (from Natty) and I just wanted to have a look at the new Software Centre. I tried opening it, but that's when I get this error message.
  What's happening is the following:
  - I click on the Software Centre icon in the dock
  - I see the window, and a dark canvas inside it, but instead of content I get the apport crash report
  - as long as I don't close this dummy window, new crash reports are stacking up, once every 2-3 sec
