[Bug 854994] Re: I can't create a custom desktop launcher
Thank you for your bug report, the action has been dropped by GNOME and
Ubuntu as explained on bug #723861, that feature doesn't need to be in
nautilus, it should be easy to install a launcher editor for those who
need one

Bug description:
I've upgrated from Natty few days ago and now I can't create a custom
desktop launcher from right click on desktop.
I've deleted my all old config (~.config, ~.gconf, ~,local, ....) so
my system is clean, but not work.
With guest user also not work.
