Title:
system monitor applet should have appindicator support
Status in “gnome-applets” package in Ubuntu:
Won't Fix
Bug description:
Binary package hint: unity
The system monitor (aka multiload) applet is an excellent tool
provided by Gnome. In the Ubuntu Classic Desktop it is a panel applet.
It can be launched standalone in Unity, but it is somewhat awkward.
This is a very useful application for non-geeks to see if something is
going wrong with their system and would be really cool to have ported
to appindicators.
