  reoccuring error on starting Ubuntu 11.10 (unity)

  Each time I start Ubuntu 11.10 and login, after a minute or two the following error appears. 
  I've noticed that despite trying to  select a different window, I cant change for a while. Then the error appears and I can continue without further problems.
