some times the top pannel message icon dont change its colour.
screenshot attached you can easily see that the arrow of empathy in the launcher is in blue colour and the top pannel is white

Bug description:
  when a msg came the message icon becomes blue i stays for some time
  that i gets white but i have not read the msg and the empathy icon in
  the launcher shows that a msg has came because its arrow  become blue.
