  gnome-panel crashed with SIGSEGV in gtk_container_forall()

Bug description:
  On Ubuntu Oneiric Alpha 3 (session Gnome fallback mode):

  - I pressed the ALT key and clicked right on the top panel, and I added a new panel on the bottom.
  - Then, I pressed the ALT key and clicked right on the top panel, and chose to remove it.

  Then the crash occurred.
