  Unable to Move Gnome Panel in Natty

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: gnome-panel

  When using the Ubuntu Classic UI in Natty, Gnome panels cannot be
  moved with drag-and-drop.  This is a problem mainly for users of
  multiple screens.  Holding the "alt" key used to enable repositioning
  of the panels in Maverick, but this no longer works.  No other key
  combination works either.  This occurs both with compiz enabled and
  without.
