[Bug 174793] Re: Check for duplicates in dpkg bugs

Since oneiric, /usr/share/apport/general-hooks/ubuntu.py uses the
DuplicateSignature feature to automatically duplicate identical package
install failures.

Title:
Check for duplicates in dpkg bugs

Status in “apport” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: apport

This might sound similar to bug 103083.

Actually apport checks for duplicates in python tracebacks and C
crashes. It would be helpful if it also checked for dups in 'apport-
package' bugs, i.e. package configuration / upgrade...

For example, bug 174528 has some duplicates which were marked as such
by hand. It should be done automagically by apport.
