  software centre doesn't load, showed "installation crashed" at first
  boot

Bug description:
  1) using ubuntu 11.04
  2) Ubuntu Software Center
  3) Expected to be able to download free softwares from the software center
  4) None of the applications are shown in the Software Center. It just keeps loading
