Re running from terminal to finish remove lang is get:

  i was trying to delete unwanted languages... i installed suggested
  missing lang files... the i try to close the dialog.

  Cannot close gnome-language-selector close button is disabled,  also
  pressing on "x" caption button don't close the dialog window.

  To close i must type from terminal: killall gnome-language-selector
