  I get warning in dmesg about denied access:

  Looks like apparmor rule should be  corrected to allow it:
    /dev/.udev/db/* r,
  +  /dev/.udev/data/b[0-9]* r,
    /etc/udev/udev.conf r,
    /sys/devices/**/block/**/uevent r,
