Thanks for your effort to improve Ubuntu by submitting this bug report
as well as bug 869296! The latter seems to be about the same kind of
problem, so I marked it as a duplicate of this bug.

To help track down the problem, could you please give us a more detailed
desciption of the steps you took before respective crash. I mean step-
by-step description(s) such as

* Clicked X
* Selected Y
* ...

Also, does it happen every time you install or remove languages, or just
sometimes?

Talking about removing Chinese, there is a know issue in bug 863378. Is
that one of the problems you encountered?

There is also an easily reproducable issue if clicking the cancel button
from an authenticate window (bug 863875). Is that something that sounds
familiar to you?

  i cannot send this bug report using the launchpad automatic filled
  form, i get wrong data form after sending from launchpad (i am behind
  proxy and there is always problem sending crash-report) so i am
  sending this manually

  I cannot remove afar language the language selector crash...
