Binary package hint: gnome-system-monitor
I am running Ubuntu 10.10 on a Dual CPU Hyper threaded Xeon Server.
In previous version it showed 4 cpus, but since the most recent update
it now only shows 1 cpu in the graph and 3 cpus in System tab
