Bug description:
  1) lsb_release -rd
  Description:	Ubuntu 11.04
  Release:	11.04

  2) apt-cache policy libreoffice-writer
  libreoffice-writer:

  3) What is expected to happen in LibreOffice via the Terminal:

  && file-roller -h documents.tgz && cd documents && unoconv --listener
  && unoconv -f odt Original.doc && cp Original.odt example.odt &&

  Original.doc

  is the example.doc and Original.doc look the same.

  4) What happens instead is the header on page 2 is missing.
  Original.doc was created in MS Office.
