Title:
software centre messes up sources.list config

Status in “software-center” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
When software centre enables the partner repo, it does it by adding a
  new entry to /etc/apt/sources.list.d

There is already a commented entry in /etc/apt/sources.list

This results in synaptic displaying that the partner repo is both
enabled and disabled at the same time. (see screenshot.)
