[Bug 822561] Re: hyphenation does not work

Hello
I tried again but found no more file that shows this problem anymore. What I did at that time was installing the Swiss-German language package - since then hyphenation works with all languages, even with French. German was already installed at the time when hyphenation did not work. This makes no sense but that's what I experienced. Maybe there is an issue with packages that interfere with the hyphenation function. It is a while ago, but I remember having tried everything possible and nothing worked - except finally a new language package for the same language I had already in the menu (but another german package - so maybe there is just an issue with such a language package)

Title:
  hyphenation does not work

Status in “libreoffice” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
I wanted to have hyphenation for my text (justified format) and chose
Format > Paragraph > Text Flow > Hyphenation. No way works, whether I
just select the text I want hyphenations or with all selected. Just
nothing happens although there would be a couple of opportunities to
hyphen - which I did by hand then.
