Thank you for your bug report, that configuration dialog is deprecated
in GNOME3 and Oneiric so closing the bug, feel free to open new bugs
about other issues you might find though

Bug description:
  There's a "Homepage" field in "About Me", on the "Personal Info" tab.
  I'd like it if there was a button there to open it in a web browser.
