Title:
  Appearance / theme is "lost" in some logins

Status in “gnome-settings-daemon” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  In some logins the theme is lost. It seems to default to this one in
  the attached screen shot.

  I can't make a pattern in this because in some logins it happens and
  in some it does not.

  To work around I just reboot.
