The issue is deprecated with Unity and GNOME3 interfaces so closing the
bug

Bug description:
  The current placement of gnome-control-center is not very
  useful/ergonomic.  I think it would be better placed directly in the
  System menu or in the Applications menu underneath Add/Remove.
