That configuration dialog is deprecated in GNOME3 and Oneiric so closing
the bug, feel free to open new bugs about other issues you might find
though

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: gnome-control-center

  While testing another issue I noticed that the gnome-about-me panel displays the placeholder "Full Name" instead of the full name of the user it it contains unexpected characters like: "David <br> & <span> Pezi".
  I'll test this on maverick alpha 3 and report back.
