Title:
Keyboard selector scroll UI has large blank area
Status in “gnome-control-center” package in Ubuntu:
Fix Released
Bug description:
Binary package hint: gnome-control-center
When adding a new keyboard layout in gnome-keyboard-properties, the
"language" and "country" drop down scroll boxes have large blank areas
at the top. If you scroll down, then back up, there is no blank area
and the entire height of the screen is used. This is how it should be
initially.
Please see the attached screenshot.
I am unsure if this is a Gnome/GTK problem or if it is specific to the
gnome-control-center, but I was unable to find another Gnome app that
exhibits this behavior.
This is on 9.10 - Karmic.
$ apt-cache policy gnome-control-center
gnome-control-center:
Installed: 1:2.28.1-0ubuntu1
