Bug description:
gnome-control-center 1:3.1.5-0ubuntu4, Ubuntu Ocelot
1. In "User Accounts", select an account.
2. Click the button next to "Password".
3. In the dialog, enter the same password in the "New password" and "Confirm password" fields.
4. Press Enter.
What happens:
3. The "Change" button becomes highlighted as the default button.
4. Nothing.
What should happen:
4. The new password is set and the dialog disappears.
