[Bug 701950] Re: keyboard layout changes randomly
How to reproduce:
Go to System-Settings->Shortcuts-and-Gestures->Global Keyboard Shortcuts->Plasma-Desktop-Shell
Change the key for Systemtray-Klipper-Tray-8
Apply the changes
Logout
Login and check the setting. Keyboard shortcut is back to default.

My keyboard layout changes randomly during runtime. There is no special relation to something. It simply happens from time to time.
I have two layouts: German + USA
Normally I work the german layout and the layout falls back to USA. I have to select the German layout in the applet to get the german layout back.
It is probably a regression according to:
