Title:
  Allow setting passing password=... in .vnc file

Status in Vinagre: VNC client for GNOME:
  New
Status in “vinagre” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: vinagre

  Vinagre is an VNC-protocol remote desktop client. To connect to a remote machine, requires the IP address, an IP port number and optionally (but generally) a pssw. I have encounter a grid provide that setups up a randomised short-term IP:port:password combination on an intermediate proxy server that then hands the data back and forth, hi

  Luckily it is possible to specify the connection to load in a '.vnc' file, which is mostly unconnection, but similar to:

         [connection]
         host=abcdef
         port=12345

  In the situation I'm hitting, I'd like to grab the one-time random
  tuple of IP:port:password, write these to a /tmp file and start up
  Vinagre.

  Ideally Vinagre should allow passing the password in a config/bookmark
  file to save the most complicated bit of re-typing.
