  apport-cli crashed with SIGSEGV in _PyObject_GC_Malloc()

Status in “apport” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  I had a failure on the kernel security tests, and ran 'ubuntu-bug
  linux' on the KVM running the test -- and got hit by the SIGSEGV. I
  then ran 'ubuntu-bug' on the apport crash, moved it to my laptop, and
  am reporting here.
