Yiannis Barbanas, thank you for reporting this and helping make Ubuntu
better. Could you please attach the document that when edited as
described demonstrates this problem?

Bug description:
I insert a Picture in my document (PNG with transparency)
I click on it, select Picture and select "No fill" for "Background". My picture becomes transparent.
I save the document.
I close the document.
I open it again and my picture is not transparent any more.
