Bug description:
  In  Keyboard > Shortcuts > Custom Shortcuts, if I add or edit a custom
  shortcut, the window is tiny and not resizeable (see attached
  screenshot). Should be much wider initially (to spare the user from
  unecessary resizing) and resizeable.
