Title:
Custom keyboard shortcut edit window is too small and cannot be
  resized

  Confirmed
Status in “gnome-control-center” package in Ubuntu:
  Triaged

Bug description:
In Keyboard > Shortcuts > Custom Shortcuts, if I add or edit a custom
shortcut, the window is tiny and not resizeable (see attached
screenshot). Should be much wider initially (to spare the user from
  unecessary resizing) and resizeable.
