  gnome-terminal icon doesn't appear at Unity sidebar when launched

Status in “gnome-terminal” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  When I open a terminal window it didn't appear at Unity sidebar and
  when it is minimized I can't get it again. Alt+Tab can't see any open
  gnome-terminal window too.

  Update: this issue occurs only on the Oneiric first run after fresh
  installation. Tested in multiple machines.
