Does the stream from twitter look like it is getting the appropriate
posts?  Please attach a debug log from gwibber-service as well.  To do
so:

  killall -9 gwibber-service && gwibber-service -d&

Then let run for a couple of minutes and attempt to post a status update
to twitter.  After doing that, attach the log file at
~/.cache/gwibber/gwibber.log to this bug report.  Thanks!
