  I Can't install or remove applications.The install button flashes  and

  Binary package hint: software-center

  The install button flashes at the Ubuntu Software Center and i can't solve this problem.I can no longer install or remove any application. 
  I'm using Ubuntu 11.04 - the Natty Narwhal - released in April 2011 and supported until October 2012.
