  cut and paste don't work properly in "modify signature"

Status in “evolution” package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: evolution

  In "Modify signature" cut text can't be pasted, it is simply deleted.
  Moreover, "cut" "paste" and "copy" are not active in the Edit menu.
