  View Inline Attached Text Mangles Text

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: evolution

  A text file containing XML data was sent as an attachment.  Opening
  the attachment inside Evolution using the inline view (The button
  option to the left), I was provided with the following:

          <text language="en">02. Free Membership Activation</text>
          <text language="de">02. Aktivierung der Mitgliedschaft</text>
          <text language="it">02. Attivazione iscrizione</text>
          <text language="fr">02. Confirmation d'adhsion</text>
          <text language="es">02. Activacin de Asociacin</text>
      </phrase>

  Opening up the same file in Gedit, I get the following:

  <phrasebook>
  		<phrase name="txt_membership_activation">
          <text language="en">02. Free Membership Activation</text>
          <text language="de">02. Aktivierung der Mitgliedschaft</text>
          <text language="it">02. Attivazione iscrizione</text>

      </phrase>

  As you can see, special characters are removed from the Evolution
  version that reappear in the Gedit version, mangling the text.  I
  provided a screenshot just in case the text gets mangled here as well.
