Bug description:
Title says it all.
* System->Preferences->Windows
* select "select windows when the mouse moves over them"
* select "raise selected windows after an interval", set any interval
* close dialog window, reboot
* it does not work (focused windows are not raised)
I am on Ubuntu 10.10. It used to perfectly up to that...
