Title:
  gnome-dictionary doesn't look up words

Status in “gnome-utils” package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: gnome-utils

Ubuntu 10.10 - Documentation browser states

"You can start Dictionary in the following ways:

  Applications menu

      Choose Accessories ▸ Dictionary"

It's not there by default, when I manual add it via "Edit Menus" or by
manually running alacarte I can't find the Icon for the application.

When searching for any English word, the application fails to lookup
any word whatsoever even when I have an active internet connection.

Dictionary worked fine prior to upgrading from Ubuntu 10.04 to Ubuntu
10.10 - Note this is an updated distribution and not a fresh installed
  one.
