Title:
Custom keyboard shortcut runs command in wrong directory

Status in “metacity” package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: metacity

On Jaunty, (using gnome) create a custom shortcut via System->Preferences->Keyboard Shortcuts (click the 'add' button), make a new action named 'xterm' that runs 'xterm'. Assign a shortcut to it, and try it out. When I do it, xterm starts in '/', that is, if I type 'pwd' in my new terminal, it will print '/'. I expect it to run xterm from within my home directory, and print '/home/myusername' when I run 'pwd'.

Note: If I use the pre-existing action "Run a Terminal", it works
  fine...
